Conant is 8-2 against Fremd since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Cougars will be playing in front of their home fans against the Vikings at 6:00 p.m. Conant has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since April 21.

On Monday, Conant came up short against Lake Park and fell 2-0.

Conant couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Lake Park a tough time in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 30-28, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Fremd earned a 2-0 victory over South Elgin on Saturday.

Fremd's win bumped their record up to 14-12. As for Conant, their loss dropped their record down to 14-17.

Conant came out on top in a nail-biter against Fremd when the teams last played back in April, sneaking past 2-1. Will the Cougars repeat their success, or do the Vikings have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
