Volleyball Recap: Bishop Fenwick Comes Up Short

Bishop Fenwick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Newburyport Clippers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Clippers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 on Friday.

Bishop Fenwick's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Newburyport, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-3.

Bishop Fenwick wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Archbishop Williams on the 30th. As for Newburyport, they will venture away from home to take on Essex Tech at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
