Basketball Recap: Lemmon/McIntosh Comes Up Short

Lemmon/McIntosh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 48-43 heartbreaker at the hands of the Faith Longhorns. The matchup marked the Cowboys' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lemmon/McIntosh's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Faith, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Looking ahead, Lemmon/McIntosh will be playing at home against New Underwood on Saturday. As for Faith, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 48-43 win against Lemmon on the 11th.
