Othello waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Prosser Mustangs a 10-0 shutout. That ten run margin sets a new team best for the Huskies this season.

The team relied heavily on Rjay Garza, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-2. Jordan Montemayor was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Othello always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .593. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Prosser only posted an OBP of .235.

Othello's record now sits at 3-1. As for Prosser, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Othello will welcome Chiawana at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Prosser, they will be playing at home against Ellensburg at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
