Soccer Recap: East Central Comes Up Short

After flying high against Greene County on Tuesday, East Central came back down to earth. The Hornets fell just short of the St. Patrick Fighting Irish by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

East Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for St. Patrick, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

East Central wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Gulfport on the 1st. As for St. Patrick, they have also already played their next match, a 1-0 defeat against Long Beach on the 4th.
