Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bishop Moore). They enjoyed a cozy 70-53 win over the Trinity Prep Saints on Tuesday. The Hornets pushed the score to 57-35 by the end of the third, a deficit the Saints cut but never quite recovered from.

Defeat or not, Trinity Prep got some senior leadership from Garland Ingram III and David Hull. Ingram III posted 22 points, while Hull went 7 of 13 on his way to 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Neil Mathow, who had eight points.

Bishop Moore moved to 4-17 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Trinity Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 14 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.

Bishop Moore wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 56-26 loss against Lake Howell on the 22nd. Trinity Prep has also already played their next contest, a 59-56 defeat against Lyman on the 24th.
