Softball Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Roosevelt lost against Muleshoe back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Eagles came up short against the Mules, falling 13-3. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Muleshoe, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Roosevelt and Muleshoe will both be playing Littlefield the next time they take the field. The Mules will host the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Eagles will head out to face them at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
