Soccer Recap: Brandon's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Brandon had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Oak Grove Warriors by a score of 3-1. The Bulldogs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Brandon hit Oak Grove with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Cole Childs, Jase Eldridge, and Jaxon Lindsay.

Brandon's victory bumped their record up to 9-3-2. As for Oak Grove, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7-1 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brandon will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Madison Central at 12:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025. As for Oak Grove, they are taking a road trip to take on St. Stanislaus at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Stanislaus will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Oak Grove surely won't give up without a fight.
