Volleyball Recap: Middleburg Gets the Win

Middleburg saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Tampa Prep Terrapins by a score of 2-0.

Middleburg had a senior duo take command as Chloe Mcwatters had ten digs and Kate Lowery had ten digs.

The victory got Middleburg back to even at 4-4. As for Tampa Prep, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Middleburg will face off against Clay at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Broncos their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Tampa Prep, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Venice at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
