Volleyball Recap: Midlothian Heritage Takes a Loss

Midlothian Heritage extended their losing streak to four on Tuesday, dropping them down to 2-8. They lost 3-0 to the Centennial Spartans. The Jaguars were not able to make up for their loss to the Spartans from their previous meeting back in October of 2023.

Claire Moody paced Midlothian Heritage's offense, picking up 11 kills. Moody got some help from Bostyn Guinn and her 12 assists.

As for Centennial, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-2. They not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since November 5, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Channing Ward had a dynamite game, getting 22 digs. Those 22 digs gave her a new career-high.

Midlothian Heritage didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Springtown on the 21st. As for Centennial, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Temple on the 21st.
