Lighthouse Christian Academy had won two straight games and Jane Holdeman did her part to make it three on Friday. The Lions put the hurt on Horizon Christian with a sharp 3-0 victory for which the team can thank Holdeman, who had seven digs and two aces. Holdeman is also crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 14 every time she's taken the court this season.

While Lighthouse Christian Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-22, 25-17.

Lighthouse Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Horizon Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Coming up, Lighthouse Christian Academy will head out on the road to face off against Columbus Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Horizon Christian, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Crothersville on the 13th.
