Basketball Recap: Stonewall Jackson Takes a Loss

Stonewall Jackson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat. They were dealt an 85-19 loss at the hands of the Central Woodstock Falcons. The match marked the Generals' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Stonewall Jackson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-20. As for Central Woodstock, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stonewall Jackson will head out to face off against Clarke County at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Central Woodstock, they will venture away from home to square off against Strasburg at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
