Basketball Recap: New Lima Comes Up Short

New Lima was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Paden Pirates, falling 59-39. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 70-35 last Friday.

New Lima's record now sits at 3-8. As for Paden, they pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

It'll be Battle of the Birds when the New Lima Falcons challenge the Life Christian Eagles at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Paden, they will venture away from home to square off against Mason at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
