Smithfield lost to Lafayette back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Smithfield Packers came out on top against the Lafayette Rams by a score of 66-59. The win was just business as usual for the Packers, who after four games remain undefeated this season.

Smithfield's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Lafayette, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Smithfield will take on Warhill in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Smithfield's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. Lafayette and Jamestown will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Jamestown will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Lafayette surely won't give up without a fight.
