East Jackson's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 59-29 victory over Homer. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 56-47 back in December of 2024.

East Jackson is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season. Homer dropped their record down to 5-13 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, East Jackson will challenge Milan at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. East Jackson is facing Milan at the right time seeing as Milan is stuck on a 13-game losing streak. As for Homer, they will face off against Concord at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Concord will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Homer surely won't give up without a fight.
