Softball Recap: Twin Lakes Wins Going Away Against Faith Christian

Twin Lakes won the last time they faced Faith Christian and things went their way on Monday too. The Indians blew past the Eagles 17-3.

Twin Lakes got a massive performance out of Kendra Hughes, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four runs, and three RBI. Those three RBI gave Hughes a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Quinn Gilford, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with five RBI, two runs, and one double.

Twin Lakes' victory bumped their record up to 10-17. As for Faith Christian, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-18.

Coming up, Twin Lakes is taking a road trip to challenge Frontier at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Faith Christian, they will welcome Tri-County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Cavaliers have now posted at least ten runs in their last three games.
