Volleyball Recap: Rogers Comes Up Short

Rogers lost against Bowsher on September 3rd and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Rams took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the BlueRacers.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-23, 23-25, 25-11.

Kyleigh Lott paced Rogers' offense, picking up three kills. Lott were helped by Trysten Gill and DeVine Daniels, who contributed three assists each. Daniels was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Rogers' defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Bowsher, with the victory, they broke their six-match losing streak and moved their record to 3-12.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Rogers is set to take on their familiar foe Start at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Bowsher will challenge rival Woodward at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
