Football Game Preview: Ada Bulldogs vs. Leipsic Vikings

The Ada Bulldogs will head out on the road to square off against the Leipsic Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Ada will head out to face Leipsic after giving up their first home loss of the season on Friday. The Bulldogs took a blow against Pandora-Gilboa, falling 41-6. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 504th, while the Rockets are ranked 246th).

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Leipsic, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They breezed past Arlington to the tune of 37-6 on Friday. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Leipsic pushed their record up to 8-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 14.0 points on average over those games. As for Ada, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.

Ada came up short against Leipsic when the teams last played back in November of 2024, falling 30-22. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
