Baseball Recap: Grand Ledge Extends Road Winning Streak to Four

While Grand Ledge didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against the Haslett Vikings by a score of 3-0 on Thursday. The Comets haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Grand Ledge's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-2. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 9.5 runs. As for Haslett, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Grand Ledge will be playing at home against Okemos at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Haslett, they will head out to square off against Eastern at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
