The Central Cabarrus Vikings will challenge the Southeast Guilford Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Central Cabarrus will aim to continue their five-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last.

Central Cabarrus was handed a heart-breaking three-point defeat in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Harding University on Thursday. The Vikings claimed a resounding 51-8 victory over the Rams. The Vikings' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

The match pitted two dominant backs against one another in Damonte James and Jamarcus Hairston. James had a great game and rushed for 180 yards on only eight carries. Meanwhile, Hairston did his best for the losing side, rushing for 86 yards and one touchdown.

Meanwhile, Southeast Guilford fell victim to Northern Guilford and their airtight defense on Friday. They had to suffer through a 35-0 loss at the hands of the Nighthawks. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Nighthawks recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Central Cabarrus' record is now 4-6. As for Southeast Guilford, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
