Basketball Recap: North Myrtle Beach Takes a Loss

North Myrtle Beach lost to Conway back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Chiefs were dealt a 63-35 defeat at the hands of the Tigers. The Chiefs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, North Myrtle Beach still got an impressive performance from Porter Anglin, who posted eight points and six boards.

Conway got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Trevon Johnson out in front who put up 16 points along with six rebounds and three steals. The matchup was Johnson's 11th in a row with at least 15 points. Tramaine Hunter was another key player, shooting 50% from the field en route to 12 points and four steals.

North Myrtle Beach's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Conway, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-8.
