Softball Recap: Chisholm Trail Takes a Loss

Chisholm Trail has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging four runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Friday. They came up short against the Sanger Indians, falling 14-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Rangers were not able to get on the board.

Having lost for the first time this season, Chisholm Trail fell to 4-1. As for Sanger, their record is now an identical 4-1.

Coming up, Chisholm Trail will challenge Seminole at 1:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Sanger, they have already played their next game, a 5-4 defeat against Permian on the 15th.
