Baseball Recap: Liberty Charter Lions vs. El Cajon Valley Braves
Liberty Charter's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. Everything went their way against the El Cajon Valley Braves as the Liberty Charter Lions made off with a 27-1 win. This was payback for the Lions, who suffered a 10-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Jacob Jones made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and only one walk).
