Soccer Recap: Franklin Comes Up Short

Franklin lost against General McLane back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Knights came up short against the Lancers, falling 16-0. While losing is never fun, Franklin can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 507th, while General McLane are ranked 38th).

Franklin's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-13. As for General McLane, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Franklin will take on Warren at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for General McLane, they will face off against Oil City at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
