Baseball Recap: Northview Takes a Loss

Northview made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Milton, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Chiefs might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 5-3 to the Panthers, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Chiefs haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Northview saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dane King, who went 1-for-3 with two runs.

Northview's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Milton, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, Northview will welcome Walton at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Milton, they will head out on the road to take on Niceville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
