Basketball Recap: Hamilton County Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Webber, Hamilton County was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 43-36 victory over the Fairfield Mules. The 43-point effort marked the Foxes' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Hamilton County's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Fairfield, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hamilton County and Carmi-White County will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Fairfield will take on Casey-Westfield in a holiday battle at at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
