Basketball Recap: Surry County Comes Up Short

Surry County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 28th straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 60-11 defeat at the hands of the West Point Pointers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pointers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 67-18 back in December of 2024.

Surry County's loss dropped their record down to 0-23. As for West Point, their win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-5.

As of now, neither Surry County nor West Point have any future games scheduled.
