Baseball Recap: Stow-Munroe Falls Wins Going Away Against Crestwood

Stow-Munroe Falls was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Crestwood on Friday. Stow-Munroe Falls was the clear victor by a 10-3 margin over Crestwood. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bulldogs considering their two-run performance the contest before.

Mason Stewart tossed a big game, not allowing a single hit and allowed only one earned run over 4.1 innings pitched.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Jacob Garcia, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-3. Nick Hosey was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

The victory got Stow-Munroe Falls back to even at 1-1.
