Softball Recap: Currituck County Knights vs. Holmes Aces
In what's become a running theme this season, Currituck County gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They never let the Holmes Aces onto the board and left with a 10-0 win. The victory was some much needed relief for Currituck County as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Addy Romanczyk made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and only two hits over five innings pitched. Romanczyk was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances.
