Volleyball Recap: Eureka's Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

Eureka won the last time they faced Greenwood and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wildcats came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Wildcats as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Eureka found their leader in sophomore Elise Parker, who had eight digs and three assists.

Eureka's victory bumped their record up to 14-12-1. As for Greenwood, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 16-14 record.

Eureka didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Central on the 11th. As for Greenwood, they are taking a road trip to take on Van Buren at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
