Softball Recap: Crescent Valley Raiders vs. South Albany Redhawks

Crescent Valley blew South Albany out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Wednesday South Albany got their revenge. The Raiders fell just short of the Redhawks by a score of 18-16. The Raiders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Redhawks earlier this season, when they won 21-6.

Ashley Howitt was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 4-for-4 with five runs, four RBI, and two doubles. Peyton Orderman also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.
