Volleyball Recap: Berean Baptist Academy Takes a Loss

Berean Baptist Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of The O'Neal School Falcons. The Bulldogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

While Berean Baptist Academy ultimately came up short, they really made The O'Neal School work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 27-25, 19-25, 25-14.

Berean Baptist Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for The O'Neal School, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-10 record this season.

Berean Baptist Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Freedom Christian Academy on the 6th. The O'Neal School has also already played their next contest (against Northwood Temple Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
