Basketball Recap: Bonham Comes Up Short

After flying high against Nocona last Saturday, Bonham came back down to earth. The Bonham Warriors fell just short of the Van Alstyne Panthers by a score of 34-32 on Tuesday. The game marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Bonham has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 13-9 record this season. As for Van Alstyne, their win bumped their record up to 8-15.

Bonham didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 47-32 victory against Hughes Springs on the 3rd. Van Alstyne has also already played their next game, a 61-55 loss against Aubrey on the 3rd.
