Volleyball Recap: Saint Mary's Extends Winning Streak to Three

Saint Mary entered their tilt with St. Patrick-St. Vincent on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Bruins with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 8th.

One reason for the win was Saint Mary's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-18, 25-13.

Saint Mary's victory bumped their record up to 15-4. As for St. Patrick-St. Vincent, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-14.
