Baseball Recap: Ramsey Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Ramsey waltzed into their match on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the River Dell Golden Hawks with a sharp 13-3 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Rams also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

The team relied heavily on Connor McNally, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. Anthony Irving was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Ramsey always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .594. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as River Dell only posted an OBP of .360.

Ramsey's win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for River Dell, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

Ramsey will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Golden Hawks: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
