Normal University extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Cade Cunningham. The Pioneers simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Lanphier Lions 52-14 with plenty of help from Cunningham, who picked up 123 receiving yards and two TDs, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground. Normal University is 4-1 when Cunningham posts 80 or more receiving yards, but 1-3 otherwise.

Normal University now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Lanphier, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Normal University didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 45-13 loss against Washington on the 31st. Lanphier does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
