Basketball Recap: West Hardin Has No Trouble Against Danbury

West Hardin won the last time they faced Danbury and things went their way on Friday too. The West Hardin Oilers took down the Danbury Panthers 60-41. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Oilers.

When it comes to explaining why Danbury lost, don't look at Jace Flora. Despite the final result, he almost dropped a double-double with 20 points and nine boards. That's the most rebounds Flora has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jase Reioux, who scored 11 points.

West Hardin's victory bumped their record up to 7-12. As for Danbury, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 18-14 record this season.

West Hardin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 68-41 win against Sabine Pass on the 4th. As for Danbury, they have also already played their next matchup, a 45-34 loss against Big Sandy on the 4th.
