Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Franklin Towne). They blew past First Philadelphia Prep 76-47 on Thursday. The squad ran away with 62 points in the first half and mostly just sat on those to pick up the win.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Franklin Towne to victory, but perhaps none more so than Louis Marchino, who posted 20 points. Carlo Quattrone was another key player, putting up 13 points in addition to six assists and five rebounds.

With the victory, Franklin Towne broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-9. As for First Philadelphia Prep, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Franklin Towne has already played their next game, a 78-69 win against Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech on the 17th. As for First Philadelphia Prep, they will face off against TECH Freire Charter at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
