Volleyball Recap: Union Takes a Loss

The Union Cougars came up short against the Carbon Dinos on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Union had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-22, 25-22.

Union's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Carbon, they moved to 2-8 with that victory, which also ended their eight-match losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Union is set to challenge their familiar foe Manti at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Carbon will take on rival Juab at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
