Navarro is 6-1 against Canyon Lake since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Navarro will face off against Canyon Lake at 7:00 p.m. Navarro's pitching crew has only allowed 2.5 runs per game this season, so Canyon Lake's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Last Friday, Navarro narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Davenport 4-2.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Canyon Lake and Wimberley had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. Canyon Lake fell 6-2 to Wimberley on Friday. Canyon Lake hasn't had much luck with Wimberley recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Carter Williams made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one double. Wayen Slanina-Wertz was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one double.

Navarro pushed their record up to 13-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Canyon Lake, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-6-1.

Navarro came out on top in a nail-biter against Canyon Lake in their previous matchup back in May of 2021, sneaking past 3-2. Does Navarro have another victory up their sleeve, or will Canyon Lake turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
