Basketball Recap: Cascade Takes a Loss

Cascade lost against Chelan back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Kodiaks were outmatched by the Mountain Goats and fell 81-19. The matchup marked the Kodiaks' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Cascade's defeat was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-3. As for Chelan, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Cascade will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on College Place at 3:00 p.m. on January 3, 2026. Chelan will take on Oak Harbor in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
