Soccer Game Preview: Show Low vs. Winslow + Official Tickets

The Show Low Cougars will challenge the Winslow Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Show Low has three straight wins, Winslow has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Show Low is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Arizona's top teams: Chino Valley, who was ranked seventh at the time (Show Low was ranked sixth). Show Low never let Chino Valley get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory on Tuesday. Considering Show Low has won five matches by more than four goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Winslow's offense. They came up short against Snowflake last Monday, falling 9-0. That's two games in a row now that Winslow have lost by exactly nine goals.

Show Low now has a winning record of 6-5-1. As for Winslow, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10.

Everything went Show Low's way against Winslow in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Show Low made off with an 8-0 win. Do the Cougars have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bulldogs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
