Meanwhile, Christ the King started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against Community School of Davidson. They fell just short of the Spartans by a score of 3-2 on Monday.

Christ the King's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3-1. Lincoln Charter's draw gives them a new season record of 10-6-1.
