Softball Recap: Ezell-Harding Christian's Win Ends 11-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Ezell-Harding Christian lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Mount Juliet Christian Academy, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's contest. Ezell-Harding Christian put the hurt on Mount Juliet Christian Academy with a sharp 18-1 win on Thursday. The Eagles' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Ezell-Harding Christian let Kaylah Boldin and Lynae Lawrence run wild. Boldin scored two runs while going 2-for-2, while Lawrence scored two runs while going 1-for-2. Lawrence also put up a double, which was her first of the season.

Ezell-Harding Christian was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their batting average total in four consecutive matches.
