Volleyball Recap: Goffstown Takes Down Ranked Keene

Goffstown faced Keene in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Grizzlies came out on top against the Blackbirds by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Grizzlies also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

Goffstown's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-5. As for Keene, they moved to 6-3 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Goffstown is set to square off against their familiar foe Bishop Guertin at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Keene will face off against rival Salem at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
