Basketball Game Preview: Siletz Valley vs. Crow Cougars

Siletz Valley and Crow are an even 5-5 against one another since June of 2021, but not for long. Siletz Valley will host the Crow Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Crow took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Siletz Valley, who comes in off a win.

Siletz Valley took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They snuck past Mohawk with a 51-45 win.

Meanwhile, Crow was beaten by Mapleton 55-23 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Cougars have suffered against the Sailors since June 15, 2021.

Siletz Valley's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-13. As for Crow, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-13.
