Baseball Recap: Strasburg-Franklin's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Five

It's playoff time, and Strasburg-Franklin had no trouble coming through when it counted. They beat the River Pilots on Tuesday by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 6-4. The victory was familiar territory for the Tigers, who have now won five games in a row.

Caden Dugan was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. He has become a key player for Strasburg-Franklin: the team is 8-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 7-13 otherwise.

Strasburg-Franklin now has a winning record of 15-14. As for River, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-7.

As of now, neither Strasburg-Franklin nor the Pilots have any future games scheduled.
