Soccer Recap: Kell Takes a Loss

Kell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 6-0 to the Blessed Trinity Titans. While losing is never fun, Kell can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 357th, while Blessed Trinity are ranked 21st).

Kell's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Blessed Trinity, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kell will take on Cambridge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Blessed Trinity, they will challenge Centennial at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Blessed Trinity will be up against Centennial's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.4 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
