Sacred Heart won against Richton on Saturday with 15 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Saturday. Sacred Heart beat Richton by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 15-5. The Crusaders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by six runs or more this season.

Jackson Gamber made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one hit in five consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI and one run.

In other pitching news, Adam Rhodes looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single earned run in four consecutive appearances.

Back at the plate, the team relied heavily on Brad Marrero, who scored four runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-5. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Darren Brown, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4.

Sacred Heart was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .382. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .382 or higher in three consecutive games.
