Football Recap: Darlington Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Darlington had lost four straight on the road, but on Friday they dropped down to 2-5 to make it five. They came up short against the Heard County Braves, falling 41-20. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 48-27 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

As for Heard County, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 38.7 points this season.

Ethan Tisdale continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 106 yards and a pair of TDs on only five carries, while also throwing for 136 yards and three touchdowns while completing 78.6% of his passes. Darience Coleman was another key player, gaining 96 total yards and two touchdowns.
